Eat more fruits and vegetables, whole grains and nuts. At Max Well we have created a menu that both heals and satisfies. Our nutritionally dense whole foods are often in their raw form. We follow current evidence on cooking and preparing methods and offer you transparent information about what you are eating and where it came from.

Evidence based nutrition is leading us toward well being and away from the ideology of big agriculture and food manufacturing in the United States. It’s a movement taking many forms, nearly everywhere you look. Max Well is excited about building a community of citizens who are seeking to be educated and to educate others about plant based eating.
